DMPS Offers Free Summer Meal Program

DMPS will again offer breakfast and lunch over the summer months to children 18 and younger. The number of sites has grown, and so have the number of meals served. Last summer, DMPS staff fed children 28,722 breakfasts and 79,698 lunches. DMPS has sponsored a summer meal program for more than 30 years. Bow Ties Show Support for “Agent J”

It was a big #BowtieTuesday Brubaker as our dean of student, Eric Van Dorin, designed a t-shirt that staff, students and parents ordered to raise funds for a local charity that supports kids with cancer. The response was outstanding with nearly 200 shirts ordered, and $570 in proceeds donated to Kids Living Brave in the name of 3rd grader Jonathan Dooley, aka Agent J.

Zoo at School

Brubaker students welcomed the Blank Park Zoo for a hands-on zoology lesson. Students were able to learn, observe, and touch live animals during a lesson special thanks to Raymond for selecting this picture.
