The school bell times at Brubaker will change with the beginning of the 2018-19 school year. Our new start time is 7:30 AM and we will dismiss at 2:25 PM, with a 75 minute early dismissal on Wednesdays. Beginning in August, all schools at DMPS will have new hours. The new hours at our school will be 7:30 AM to 2:25 PM. Before the first day of school, before ‘Back to School Night’, there may have been a knock on your door! That’s because Brubaker principal Mark Adams and the entire staff went door to door to welcome families back to school for 2017-18! If you weren’t home, they left your student a blue bag. Brubaker’s Back to School Night is something special! After visiting classrooms and dropping off school supplies, Brubaker moves the party outside! Popcorn, cotton candy, a dunk tank and super slide were among the fun activities available to students and families on Aug. 21.
